The camp is an intensive camp run by stations (non stop) and includes all skills development,(passing,defense,setting,hitting and blocking) with tactical application.Conditioning will be included.The first two(2) hours players will work on drills for the development of skills and conditioning; after that we will work on game situations (tactical drills) preparatory games and scrimmaging.The first day we go for evaluation of all players and divide them by skill level.Tuesday-Thursday we work with specialties by dividing de players by position(setters,middle,left/right side,libero/DS) and we work with them on drills regarding their position

For 24 years, Carlos coached in the Puerto Rico Volleyball Federation at all levels including Superior Volleyball League in women and men's teams & was elected Coach of the Year for 6 years. He is the founder and director of "Escuela Nacional de Voleibol" (National School of Volleyball) since 1987 where boys and girls from the ages of 7 - 18 learn and develop their volleyball skills. Many All-Americans, at NCAA Junior Olympics Champions and Puerto Rico National Team started at this school.

Manager: Gilda Grau is a former Puerto Rico National Team player for 12 years with the last 6 of them as team captain. She played in Puerto Rico Superior League for 16 years and during those years she was selected MVP-2 years, Best Offensive Player-2 years, Best Blocker-2 years, Best Defense -5 years. Gilda is the first player from Puerto Rico to be included in an All-Star team at the Norceca Championship Tournament. She is the Co-founder and instructor at "Escuela Nacional de Voleibol" (National School of Volleyball) in Puerto Rico.
